Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped on daily basis.

Proof of payment needs to be sent by 13h00 in order for your parcel to be shipped on the same day.

All orders after 13h00 will only be shipped the following day.

Your tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp when it has been collected by the courier company.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. You need to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order that you would like to return/exchange the item. Return costs are for the customers' own account.

Refunds will be made once the item is received in resalable condition (not worn and make-up free).
